Class Pass Refund Policy

All Packages are on final sale, class passes are non-refundable. All class passes are for individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

Class Cancellation Policy

Upon registering for a class, the required class hours will be deducted. If you decide to cancel a class before it starts, class credits will be returned back to your package according to the following rules:

  • More than 8 hours before the class starts: Full class credits will be returned automatically. will be valid till expiration date with the rest of the package.

    • For non-package class purchase, returned class credits will only be valid for two weeks after the cancellation. Contact us for class credits.

  • Less than 8 hours before the class starts: Full class credits will be returned for the first time only per calendar quarter. but only be valid for two weeks after the cancellation. Contact us for class credits.

  • Less than 3 hours before a fully booked class starts: NO class credits will be returned

  • After the class starts or No Show: NO class credits will be returned.

Class Pass Expiration Policy

Class pass that you have purchased must be used (for registering classes) before the expiration date. Any un-used pass will be forfeited. Please note that class cancellations after pass expiry will not result in crediting back of class pass.

Class Pass Pause Policy

Please note that class passes are non-extendable. However, exceptions are made for injuries or extended travel outside California, where physical attendance becomes impossible. In such cases, we offer a one-time pause on your class pass. Contact us to deactivate your pass temporarily. Upon your return and ability to attend classes, we will reinstate the remaining points and extend the pass validity accordingly.

Step 1: Fill in your personal information, payment details and accept the terms once you selected a package

Step 2: Receive an order receipt with certificate code and expiration date

Step 3 Go back to Appointment page, schedule your class and check out with your package code
